Drought-free America
The essence of health is water.
It makes up at least 60 percent of the human body, with our existence dependent on growing crops for nutrients we eat.
Parts of our country are threatened by drought, whereas others have an overabundance of rainwater like the Gulf States and the upper Mississippi Valley.
If we can build oil pipelines, why not build a network of interconnecting water pipelines distributing this resource to any needy area in the nation? It could easily be controlled by spigots, and add jobs to be an integral part of our infrastructure.
Plus if there is leakage, instead of an environmental catastrophe, it would only be considered irrigation.
Drought-free America.

Amen.
Pass the petition. I’ll sign.
I’ve been thinking this for years, in addition to the water pipelines water storage sheds and pools, as in the days of the Aztecas and Incas who created same and kept their generations flourishing for hundreds of years.
